Branch Manager – Horsham and Warracknabeal dealerships

O’Connors is a leading force in Australian agriculture, supporting farmers with premium machinery, precision ag technology and aftersales service for over 60 years.

We’re now looking for a high-performing Branch Manager to lead our Horsham and Warracknabeal dealerships and drive the continued growth of our aftersales operations.

About the Role

As Branch Manager, you will take ownership of the overall performance of the dealerships Parts, Service and Administration functions, leading a team to deliver strong commercial results, outstanding customer service and a positive team culture.

You’ll play a key leadership role in:

• Driving branch performance and achieving KPI and budget targets

• Leading, developing and engaging your team

• Strengthening customer relationships and growing the client base

• Promoting the business through local events, field days and community engagement

We’re seeking a leader who can combine strong people leadership with commercial focus:

• Proven leadership and team development skills

• Strong business acumen with the ability to drive profitability

• Agricultural industry experience (essential)

• Excellent communication and relationship-building capability

• A proactive, hands-on approach with a commitment to continuous improvement
