Pravida supports new and existing healthcare providers with registration, compliance and business development.
We are a growing Australian business seeking someone who wants to build a long-term career, learn new skills and become an important part of our team.
About the RoleThis is an entry-level compliance and administration role. Extensive compliance experience is not required, as full training will be provided.
You will support our Compliance Manager and assist clients throughout the Pravida process.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting clients through each stage of their service.
Supporting the Compliance Manager with administrative tasks.
Responding to client enquiries.
Requesting documents and information from clients.
Updating client records and internal systems.
Handling confidential and personal information.
Following internal processes, deadlines and quality requirements.
Using Microsoft Office, Pipedrive and ChatGPT.
We are looking for someone who:
Works well as part of a team.
Communicates professionally with clients.
Can follow processes and meet deadlines.
Is organised and pays attention to detail.
Is comfortable learning new systems and using technology.
Wants to develop their skills and progress their career.
Takes responsibility for completing assigned work.
Previous compliance experience is not required.
Experience in customer service, administration, working under a team leader or using AI tools such as ChatGPT will be viewed favourably.
RequirementsApplicants must have:
Australian working rights.
A current Australian driver licence.
The ability to obtain a National Police Check.
Basic Microsoft Office skills.
Professional written and verbal communication skills.
Full training and ongoing support.
