We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support to join their growing team and develop the skills required for a successful career in logistics sales.

About the Role

As Sales Support, you'll play a key role in supporting the Portfolio Managers, allowing them to spend more time with customers while you assist with the day-to-day administration and coordination activities that keep accounts running smoothly.

This is a fast-paced role, where you'll work closely with customers, shipping lines, airlines, transport providers, and internal operational teams while building valuable industry knowledge and commercial experience. You'll gain exposure to customer relationship management, quoting, pricing, and account management, receiving ongoing training & mentorship, and the chance to participate in client meetings. With a clear pathway and genuine support, you'll learn the foundations and get the opportunity to grow into a successful logistics career.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing administrative support to the sales team by responding to customer queries by phone and email

• Preparing customer quotations, rate sheets & scheduling appointments

• Managing purchase orders, shipments, invoicing, and reviewing freight rates

• Promoting and supporting the use of our clients logistics platform

• Coordinating logistics activities with carriers/suppliers and internal transport and operations teams

• Preparing reports and assisting with customer account management

• Participating in customer meetings and gaining exposure to sales activities

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in logistics or freight forwarding customer service/administration

• Looking to transition into a sales-focused career path

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Proactive, reliable, and capable of managing multiple priorities

• A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
