About the role
Wesley OOSH is expanding into Albury, and we are looking for a hands-on leader to launch and lead our new services at Albury Public School & North Albury Public School. This is a rare chance to build something from the ground up and to put your stamp on it from the very first day.
As Service Manager, you will lead one to two Wesley OOSH services, providing clear direction, mentoring and day-to-day support to Centre Coordinators, Senior Educators and Educators. You will be responsible for building safe, inclusive and high-quality programs that children enjoy and families trust. This includes overseeing daily operations, strengthening relationships with schools and local families, and establishing Wesley OOSH as a trusted and respected presence in the Albury community.
You will work closely with our leadership team, help establish Wesley in a brand new region, and have the full support, professional development and specialist expertise of a large, established organisation behind you.
This is a great opportunity for someone who leads with purpose, stays calm under pressure, and knows how to build a strong team. Whether you are an experienced service leader or ready for your next step, we want to hear from you.
We are looking for a leader who is excited to build something new. Someone who understands that real impact happens through people, culture and community connection.
This role is for someone who sees beyond compliance and operations. You are driven by a bigger purpose.
At Wesley Mission, leadership is about influence. We want someone who leads with integrity, builds trust quickly, and knows how to bring people together around a shared vision.
We are growing into Albury, and we want a leader who can grow with us.
For 25 years, Wesley Out of School Hours Care has been a leader in providing before and after-school care and vacation care for primary school-aged children. As part of Wesley Mission, a trusted community service organisation with over 200 years of history, we are proud to deliver care that makes a lasting difference to children and their families.
With services across Sydney and the Central Coast, Wesley OOSH is committed to creating spaces where children feel at home and families feel supported. We believe every child deserves an environment that encourages learning, connection and belonging. Now, we are proud to be bringing that same care to Albury.
Salary and employment conditions are in accordance with the Children's Services Award, paid at Level 8 plus an above award payment, with a vehicle allowance and generous salary packaging benefits available. Additional benefits include discounted private health insurance, fitness passport, study assistance, and an employee assistance program.
To submit your application, please click ‘Apply Now’ by 5:00pm on the closing date.
