Claims Administrator - Insurance Broking

Are you a dynamic and motivated professional with a passion for client relationships and insurance solutions? Our Steadfast Taswide Insurance Brokers team have an opportunity for a passionate and emerging Claims Administrator to join our Hobart team on a full-time basis.

Role Responsibilities

• Assist clients with lodgement of claims with insurers;

• Data entry of claims into Insight system;

• Provide advice to clients on best possible resolution;

• Follow up of claims processes with insurers;

• Ensure clients receive full entitlements from claim;

• Maintain client claim files;

• Answer incoming claims calls;

• Handle under excess claims for clients including recovery.

To be successful in securing this opportunity the candidate we are seeking will be a team player, be highly organised, have an eye for detail, have a high level of client service skills. 

This an excellent opportunity for someone new to claims - no prior experience necessary.
