5 x Sales Representatives (OTE 120k - 150k + in 2 years)

We provide business financing solutions nation-wide. The company specialises in financing new and used commercial cars and equipment, as well as providing unsecured financing solutions to all businesses across the country, teaming up with the best and most competitive banks and financial institutions known throughout Australia.

THE ROLE - 1 year outbound sales experience needed

• Effective communication

• Consistent outbound cold calling

• Ability to search for potential leads and opportunities

• Being able to manage the database and daily tasks set

• Using critical thinking to effectively provide optimal solutions for Equifund clients

• Building relationships with referral partners to assist them with their business sales.

• Excelling in active inbound and outbound calls to clients

• Acting as an intermediary between various B2B parties

• Liaising with financial institutions regarding credit and settlement applications.

• 1 year outbound phone calling experience

• Confidence to speak on the phone

• Ability to provide exceptional customer service

• A genuine passion for customer relationship building.

• Ability to hit and exceed KPIs
