About the Role

As a Legal Assistant/ Paralegal in our Personal Injury team, you will play a key role in supporting our lawyers to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients. Working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you will assist with the day-to-day management of files, client communications, and preparation of legal documentation to ensure matters progress efficiently.

This role offers exposure to a wide range of personal injury matters and provides an excellent opportunity to develop practical legal skills while working closely with experienced professionals. What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide administration assistance by preparing important legal documents
• Maintain and organise client files to ensure smooth operations
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders regarding case details and scheduling
• Prepare and file court documents electronically and managing court filings
• Assist in managing calendars, appointments, and deadlines for the legal team
• Ensure compliance and regulatory requirements
• Support our Personal Injury team in achieving the best results for our clients

Who We’re Looking For

• Some prior experience as a Legal Assistant or in administration (within legal industry preferred)
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management skills
• A positive, ‘can-do’ attitude and great communication skills are your superpowers
• Previous experience in a law firm or exposure to personal injury law an advantage
• Familiar with legal systems and tech-savvy – we embrace smart tools!
