THE ROLE

• As an Organiser you will work closely with members and workplace leaders to develop and implement plans to create change.
• You will inspire and empower others to take on leadership roles and provide a development pathway to achieve results.
• You will use your conversation skills to recruit new members to our Union and support Delegates in various scenarios including negotiations with employers.
• We are looking for an interesting, independent thinker who want to make a difference.

This is a fixed-term position until 1st December 2028 (with potential for permanency)
