An exciting opportunity for a proven multi-site retail leader who lives and breathes retail, thrives on developing people, and is ready to take the next step in their leadership career.

As Regional Manager, you'll provide strategic leadership and operational support across your portfolio of stores in the West Region, ensuring everyone is equipped to deliver exceptional customer service, strong commercial results, and the highest standards of pet care. You will be a visible and influential leader, partnering closely with Store Managers to inspire performance, develop talent, and build a culture where people and pets thrive.


The Role in Action

• Lead, coach and inspire Store Managers and their teams to achieve sales targets, KPIs and operational excellence
• Drive a customer-first culture focused on delivering world-class service
• Regularly visit stores, providing coaching, feedback and support to ensure ongoing success
• Partner with Store Managers to identify development opportunities and promote training initiatives
• Support recruitment activities across your region and help attract talent
• Coach and mentor emerging leaders, building capability and succession pipelines
• Support inventory, stocktake, margin management and loss prevention activities
• Analyse competitor activity, product ranges and market opportunities to support business growth
• Prepare monthly reporting and contribute to new store business cases where required
• Champion a strong safety culture, ensuring the wellbeing of team members, customers and pets
