Two Roster Options Available – Choose What Suits Your Life

We’re expanding and are hiring plumbers for both of the following roles:

Option 1: 4-Day Weekend Crew (Sat-Tues)

• Work Saturday to Tuesday

• Optional 32hr (8hr days) or 40hr week (10hr days)

• 3 guaranteed days off every week

• Ideal for family time, training, recovery or lifestyle balance

• Wage Guide $60 - $69p/hr + Overtime + Bonus's

Option 2: Standard Monday–Friday Crew

• Monday to Friday

• 7:30am – 4:00pm

• Consistent hours, strong structure, no guesswork

• Wage Guide $48–$55p/hr + Overtime + Bonus's

• Domestic maintenance plumbing across the Perth metro area

• Customer service & troubleshooting

• Working with a supportive leadership team

• Maintaining Hilton’s high-quality service standards

• Representing an award-winning local brand

What You Need (Qualifications)

Essential:

• WA Plumbing Trades Licence

• Gas Fitting Permit

• Experience in domestic maintenance

• WA Drivers Licence

• Strong communication & customer service skills

• Reliable, honest and team-oriented

Nice to Have + $$$ (Not Essential):

• Gas licence

• Backflow Licence

• Leak Detection Experience

• Drain Jetting / CCTV Experience

• Waterwise certification

• Experience mentoring apprentices

• Any leadership or supervisory experience
