As a Commis Chef, you'll be responsible for collaborating with senior chefs to create dishes that make a lasting impression. What will you do?

Prepare a variety of dishes in a high-volume production settingFollow recipes for menu preparation, ensuring adherence to cooking guidelines and standardsExecute food preparation tasks with a focus on presentationMaintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen areaConduct temperature and quality checks, manage cross-contamination to ensure WHS compliance

More About You

Previous Commis Chef experienceMinimum Level 3 Certificate in Commercial CookerySolid background in kitchen operationsDemonstrated track record meeting financial targets for food and labour costsAbility to work a 7-day rotating roster
