Watch Maker - Rolex Service Centre

The Role

As a Watch Maker, you will be part of our industry leading team in our Sydney Rolex Service Centre, providing professional watch repairing services to our valuable clients. You will be exposed to various luxury watch brands and have the opportunity to interact with a diverse client base.

Reporting into the service centre manager this opportunity offers a great sense of challenge to a motivated watch maker to work in a friendly, fast-paced and demanding environment.

• Identify the problems of watches for internal and external clients.
• Perform the required technical intervention agreed with the client, such as change, maintenance service, complete service or other type of interventions.
• Perform technical evaluation
• Perform general or overhaul service.
• Responsible for the quality of the watches repaired.
• Maintenance of Equipment
• Ensure personalized hand-tools and testing equipment are in impeccable working condition.
• Ensure proper recording of the usage of spare parts and accessories for repairs. 
• Ensure proper housekeeping and impeccable cleanliness of the personal working environment.
• Compliance with policies and procedures - Ensure all policies and procedures are followed through in the team.

About you

• Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant working experience in watch repair or watch care services
• Good craftsmanship with sound technical knowledge in watch care and repair services
• Advance level in watch making skills
• You're a team player 
• You're meticulous and detail orientated
