About the Role
As our Optical Assistant, you’ll play an important part in creating a welcoming, high-quality patient experience. You’ll be the friendly face of our practice—helping patients choose frames they love and keeping daily operations running seamlessly in a deeply rewarding environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
· Greeting patients with a warm smile in person and over the phone.
· Styling patients with frames, sunglasses, and optical accessories that make them feel confident.
· Handling appointment bookings and general practice admin with ease.
· Keeping the practice looking fresh, polished, and inviting.
What Brings You to the Team:
· A background in retail, customer service, or hospitality.
· A naturally upbeat, engaging personality with great communication skills.
· A drive to learn about eye care trends, frame styling, and practice operations.
· Fluency in Korean is a fantastic bonus to help us connect with our local Strathfield community!
