We focus on providing dentistry in a supportive, calm environment that treats the person—not just the tooth.

Your Role:

• Be the welcoming face of our clinic—greeting patients warmly and professionally

• Manage bookings, recalls, and patient communications

• Handle payments, health fund claims, and treatment plan coordination

• Maintain accurate patient records using dental software

• Collaborate closely with our clinical team to ensure a smooth, positive patient experience

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum 3 year's of experience in the dental industry

• Familiarity with dental practice software D4W is preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Calm, compassionate nature and a commitment to patient care

• A genuine interest in holistic or integrative health practices
