Relier is proud to be partnering with Levi's® to recruit for their brand new flagship store opening on George Street, a landmark 3-level destination in the heart of the Sydney CBD.
We're on the hunt for Boutique Stylists to bring their passion for fashion and styling to life on the floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences across one of the brand's most iconic locations. We have two permanent part-time positions available (36 hours per week), plus multiple casual positions. Weekend and late night availability is essential across all roles.

We're seeking Boutique Stylists, both permanent part-time (35 hours per week, x2) and casual, all driven by a passion for styling and service, to make a real difference across one of the brand's flagship locations. All roles require availability across weekends and evenings.

The Boutique Stylist (Permanent Part-Time, 35 hours per week)
Reporting to the Assistant Store Manager, this is an opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their retail career, with a hands-on role supporting store leadership and the wider team.
Our ideal candidate:

• Proven experience in retail, ideally within fashion or lifestyle brands
• A strong individual flair for fashion and styling, with the confidence to guide customers on product and outfit choices
• Passionate about delivering a genuine, elevated sales experience
• Visual merchandising and stock management experience
• Comfortable stepping up to support store leadership and newer team members on the floor
• Motivated to grow within a flagship environment and take on greater responsibility over time
• Available to work weekends and late nights

Key responsibilities include:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and styling expertise to every customer
• Meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals daily
• Support the Assistant Store Manager and wider leadership team with day-to-day floor operations
• Act as a point of support and guidance for newer or casual team members, sharing product knowledge and styling expertise
• Process sales while complying with cash handling guidelines
• Comply with store security, safety, and loss prevention programs
• Assist with replenishment and handling of store stock across the store's multiple levels
• Maintain store appearance by adhering to visual presentation standards and general housekeeping procedures
• Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture on the floor

The Casual Boutique Stylist
Reporting to store leadership, this casual role is ideal for passionate, self-motivated and customer-focused stylists looking to represent the brand at its brand new flagship, with availability across weekends and evenings.
Our ideal candidate:

• Proven experience in retail, ideally within fashion or styling
• A 'can-do' attitude and genuine enthusiasm for the brand
• A passion for delivering an elevated, genuine sales experience
• An individual flair for fashion and styling
• Visual merchandising and stock management experience
• Availability across weekends and evenings

Key responsibilities include:

• Implement a variety of functions and procedures relating to customer service, sales, styling and store operations
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and styling expertise to guide customer purchasing decisions
• Provide exceptional customer service to every customer
• Meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals daily
• Process sales while complying with cash handling guidelines
• Comply with store security, safety, and loss prevention programs
• Assist with replenishment and handling of store stock across the store's multiple levels
• Assist in maintaining store appearance by adhering to visual presentation standards and general housekeeping procedures
