Flexible work options

We know one size doesn't fit all, so we're offering flexibility to suit your lifestyle.

Option 1 – Permanent Bourke Based

• Relocate to Bourke and become part of our close-knit team
• Housing provided
• Become immersed in the local community

Option 2 – FIFO

• 4 weeks on / 1 week off roster
• Accommodation provided while working in Bourke
• Flights to Bourke paid and a vehicle provided during your time on site
• You arrange and fund your flights home during your week off

About the role

Working within our multidisciplinary clinical team, you'll provide physiotherapy services across the clinic, community and outreach locations. No two days are the same, you'll work alongside GPs, nurses, Aboriginal Health Practitioners and other allied health professionals to deliver holistic, culturally safe healthcare.

You'll:

• Assess and treat a broad range of musculoskeletal, neurological and rehabilitation presentations.
• Develop personalised treatment and rehabilitation plans.
• Deliver exercise programs, mobility training, pain management and injury prevention strategies.
• Provide outreach services to surrounding communities.
• Build strong relationships with clients through culturally safe, person-centred care.
• Work collaboratively within a supportive multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to continuous quality improvement.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is clinically confident, adaptable and passionate about improving health outcomes.

You'll have:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
• A Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Physiotherapy.
• A current unrestricted Australian Driver Licence.
• Experience working across a broad range of physiotherapy presentations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• A genuine commitment to culturally safe healthcare and improving outcomes for Aboriginal communities.

Previous experience working in rural, remote or Aboriginal health is highly regarded but not essential.
