Physiotherapist Podiatrist | EP | OT | Massage | Sydney or Southern Highlands

About the role

Alpha Allied Health is seeking Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Exercise Physiologists, Podiatrists, Speech Pathologists and Remedial Massage Therapists to join our team on a casual basis in Sydney and or Southern Highlands/ Illawarra regions.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic allied health business providing essential allied health services to a mixture of older adults and NDIS participants.

This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes whilst working flexibly in a supportive healthcare environment.

What you'll be doing

As a qualified allied health professional, your key responsibilities will include:

• Working with a primarily adult to older adult caseload

• Conducting home visits across the Sydney and/or Southern Highlands and Illawarra for comprehensive client assessments and regular evidence-based treatment as required

• Developing individualised treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals

• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment protocols as required to optimise clinical outcomes

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, including patient records and progress notes

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care

What we're looking for

To succeed in this role, you will ideally possess:

• Current AHPRA , ESSA or SPA registration or Association Membership for Massage Therapists

• A recognised tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Podiatry or Speech Pathology or Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy

• Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable motor vehicle

• Demonstrated clinical experience in your chosen discipline, with a solid understanding of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment principles

• Strong clinical reasoning skills and the ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

• A patient-centred approach to care, with a commitment to achieving positive patient outcomes

• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic healthcare environment
