A minimum two years’ experience in a similar role will be highly regarded The successful candidate will have:

• Experience within a fast-paced venue, be guest focused and have a hands-on approach
• Demonstrate a passion for wine and hold WSET / CMS qualifications
• Knowledge of the Australian and international market
• A willingness to further their knowledge base, including industry trends and new products
• A friendly and outgoing, can-do attitude
• Be willing to go the extra mile to make our guests experience memorable
• Be self-motivated, passionate and able to work within a team environment
• A keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• The ability to take direction and also work autonomously
• The flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
• The ability to mentor other wine team members and build a strong beverage culture working alongside other member of our management team
• Be accountable and achieve deadlines
• A high level of attention to detail in relation to data input and stocktaking
