Patient Consultant – Clinic-Based Sales

We have a talented group of individuals we get to call our team and with clinics across Australia, New Zealand & Singapore, our internal support network reaches far and wide.

What You’ll Do

This isn’t a traditional sales role.

There’s no cold calling, lead generation or territory travel. You’ll work from one clinic during set hours, with new patient consultations booked directly into your calendar.

Patients already know Ashley & Martin and are actively exploring a solution. Your role is to understand their needs, explain the available treatment options and help them make a considered decision. From there, you’ll build long-term relationships and manage the clinic’s existing patient base.

Drive Sales & Patient Enrolment

• Conduct in-depth consultations and match tailored treatment programs to patient needs
• Confidently guide patients through the enrolment process
• Proactively generate new business through follow-ups and outreach
• Achieve sales targets and promote relevant products and services

Deliver Exceptional Patient Care

• Build strong, lasting relationships with patients
• Provide ongoing support, monitor progress, and address concerns
• Coordinate check-ups and facilitate doctor consultations
• Manage patient accounts, encourage feedback and review, and ensure satisfaction
• Handle enquiries and manage patient transfers with professionalism

Maintain Administration & Compliance Excellence

• Process payments and reconcile daily transactions
• Maintain accurate patient records using CRM and clinic systems
• Ensure all documentation, prescriptions, and records meet compliance requirements

Support Clinic Operations

• Manage reception, scheduling, and day-to-day clinic administration
• Oversee stock levels and order processing
• Resolve issues efficiently while adhering to company policies

Collaborate & Uphold Professional Standards

• Maintain strict patient confidentiality and ethical conduct
• Work collaboratively with team members and medical professionals
• Communicate effectively to ensure smooth clinic operations

About You

• Strong sales and customer service experience. at least 2 years' experience in sales / customer service essential
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working toward targets and KPIs
• Professional, empathetic, and patient-focused and a passion for helping people and improving their lives
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Systems.
