Hotel Team Member – Housekeeping & Front Desk

We’re looking for a motivated, reliable and versatile Hybrid Hotel Team Member to join our team within out Resort at Noosaville.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in hotel operations and develop experience across housekeeping, housekeeping supervision and front desk/guest services.

The role will begin with a strong focus on hands-on housekeeping, giving you the opportunity to learn our property, standards, procedures and expectations from the ground up. Once you have established yourself in the housekeeping area, you’ll be introduced to housekeeping supervision and front desk support, with the opportunity to take on greater responsibility as your skills and confidence develop.

This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work and is keen to learn different aspects of hotel operations.

To excel in this role, you will have

• Be able to problem solve and identify long term solutions to improve in-room standards

• Be able to work with a diverse team to achieve outcomes and KPI's in cleaning

• Have a positive can do attitude and willingness to take on any task

• Strong communication skills to lead a diverse team and ensure appropriate feedback is provided to management on areas requiring further attention. 

• Be flexible in working hours, with an ability to work on any day of the week

• Have experience in cleaning to be able to effectively lead a team to meet cleaning targets on a daily basis. 

Whilst this role is initially at our Noosaville resort, there are potential opportunities at other Hotels on the Sunshine Coast.
