Partner Performance & Reward

The Role

As the Partner, Performance & Reward, you’ll help shape the frameworks and practices that influence how people are rewarded, recognised and supported to perform at Transgrid. This is a broad and hands-on opportunity spanning remuneration, performance, recognition, benefits and job architecture, where you’ll turn strategy into practical solutions for a complex organisation.

Working closely with People & Culture, Finance and business leaders, you’ll combine your technical expertise, commercial thinking and understanding of the market to deliver fair, consistent and effective reward and performance outcomes. You’ll also have the opportunity to identify better ways of working and help evolve our approach for the future.

What You’ll Do

Deliver key remuneration and performance cycles, including governance, communications, training and stakeholder coordinationSupport and improve remuneration, recognition, benefits and job architecture frameworks and processesUse market data, benchmarking and insights to inform reward decisions and support senior stakeholdersManage benefits programs, including vendors, renewals, governance and service deliverySupport job evaluation and organisational design through accurate application of job architecture frameworksIdentify opportunities to simplify processes, improve systems and strengthen the employee experience

Demonstrated experience across Performance & Reward, remuneration and/or performance managementStrong knowledge of reward frameworks, benchmarking and job evaluationExperience working with HR systems and data to generate meaningful insightsStrong project management, governance and stakeholder management capabilityThe ability to translate strategy into practical, high-quality deliveryA proactive, collaborative and solutions-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement
