Tipper, Moxy, Excavator & Multi Operators

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced and safety-focused Excavator & Multi Skilled Operators plus Tipper & Moxy Drivers, for HLW based near Tumut, and Inland Rail based near Illabo.

The successful applicants will support earthworks, road construction, bulk haulage and site development projects. A strong commitment to safe work practices, teamwork and quality workmanship is essential.

Excavator & Multi Skilled Operators - Duties

• bulk and detailed excavation, GPS experience essential.

• Perform earthworks, trenching, bulk excavation and backfilling tasks in line with project specifications.

• Conduct pre-start checks and basic machine maintenance.

What you'll need

• Relevant RII/VOC tickets (both)

• Current Drivers Licence.

• Previous experience operating on large-scale civil sites.

• Reliable transport to and from site.

• Ability to pass pre-employment drug & alcohol screen.

• Safety-first attitude and strong teamwork skills

• Construction White Card.

Tipper or Moxy - Duties

• Safely operating articulated dump trucks (Moxy) or rigid tipper for bulk earthworks and material haulage.

• Navigate complex site terrains and ensuring stability while hauling and tipping heavy loads.

• Assist with site operations when not driving and work closely with supervisors and civil crews.

• Conduct pre-start checks and basic machine maintenance.

What you'll need

• RIIMPO337 Conduct (moxy) articulated haul truck operations – Must.

• HR License for tipper operations

• Reliable transport to and from site.

• Previous experience operating on large-scale civil sites.

• Ability to pass pre-employment drug & alcohol screen.

• Safety-first attitude and strong teamwork skills

• Construction White Card.
