Pellegrino2000 is hiring!

We are looking for experienced Waiters & Bartenders to join the team behind Pellegrino2000, Clam Bar, Neptune's Grotto, and Grandfathers.

We operate Monday–Sunday and offer flexible scheduling across a 4 to 5 day work week. The successful candidates will join a dedicated team of industry professionals striving to deliver a world-class experience every service. Requirements:

• Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-end or fine dining environment

• Exceptional customer service, communication, and teamwork skills

• Ability to comfortably turn tables within a 2-hour timeframe while maintaining acute attention to detail

• A genuine passion for food, wine, and hospitality

• Valid NSW RSA certification and legal work rights in Australia

Schedule: Full-time (36–40 hours/week) or Casual. Rotating roster including day, evening, and weekend shifts.
