Brown Sugar, Bondi’s iconic 48-seater bistro of 30 years, is seeking an experienced Waiter with 5+ years of expertise and exceptional food and beverage knowledge. If you’re a dynamic leader who brings energy and passion to delivering outstanding dining experiences, we want you to join our team!

About the Head Waiter Role:
As our Head Waiter, you will lead and coordinate the waitstaff, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction in every shift. You’ll be the key person maintaining our high standards and creating memorable moments for our guests.

We’re looking for a Experienced Waiter who:

• Has 5 years + of solid experience in fine dining or casual fine dining service.
• Delivers exceptional customer service with great energy and professionalism.
• Can lead and motivate a small team on the floor, fostering a positive work environment.
• Is confident in menu and beverage knowledge and can expertly guide guests.
• Thrives in a busy, fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.

Position Details:

• 40+ per hour (depending on experience)
• Thursday Friday and Saturday 5:30pm to 10pm (more hours available for the right candidate) and Sunday 12pm to 8pm

What you’ll do:

• Lead our waitstaff to deliver flawless service every night.
• Manage table flow and coordinate timely food and beverage delivery.
• Provide expert advice and service to guests, enhancing their dining experience.
• Ensure service standards are consistently met and exceeded.
