About the role

Reporting to the Executive Quality & Practice, this role will lead and develop the Learning and Development and the Quality teams. This role aims to deliver outcomes in line with Sylvanvale’s strategic initiatives whilst continuing to build a strong quality, practice and compliance culture.
ResponsibilitiesYou are a confident and values-led leader with strong experience in quality, compliance, safeguarding and practice improvement within disability, community services or a related sector. You bring sound judgement, commercial acumen and the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical, sustainable ways of working.
