Digital Marketing Specialist

CO-architecture is looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and improve our Google Ads, Meta Ads and SEO.

The Role
You will manage and optimise our paid advertising and SEO activity, working closely with the founders and internal marketing team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing Google Search, Performance Max, Display and remarketing campaigns.Managing and improving Meta advertising campaigns.Improving cost per lead, conversion rates and lead quality.Conducting keyword research and managing negative keywords.Developing and implementing our SEO strategy.Reviewing conversion tracking across Google Ads and Google Analytics.Testing campaign audiences, creative, landing pages and new acquisition channels.Preparing clear performance reports and recommendations.Using AI tools to support campaign research, testing, analysis and automation.About You
You understand that successful marketing should generate qualified leads and genuine business outcomes not just clicks, traffic or impressions.
You will ideally have:
At least two years of performance or digital marketing experience.Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.Experience managing lead-generation campaigns.Practical SEO knowledge and experience.Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.A strong understanding of conversion tracking and reporting.The ability to analyse performance and identify practical improvements.Strong written communication and ad copywriting skills.An interest in AI and emerging advertising technology.The ability to work independently within a small team.
Experience in property, architecture, construction, professional services or other high-value consumer services would be highly regarded.
