What You'll Learn

Through structured development, hands-on experience, and coaching from experienced leaders, you'll gain exposure to:

• Team leadership and people management  

• Customer experience and service excellence 

• Sales and business performance

• General housekeeping to ensure our store is always presentable 

• Store operations and inventory management

• Safety and operational excellence  

What you'll be doing

As a Future Retail Leader, you'll work across all aspects of our retail operation, including:

• Delivering exceptional customer experiences 

• Helping customers bring their building, renovation and DIY projects to life 

• Supporting day-to-day store operations 

• Assisting with sales, merchandising and business performance initiatives 

• Developing the skills required to step into future leadership opportunities 

Who We're Looking For

You don't need previous management experience. What matters most is your attitude, drive and willingness to learn. You'll thrive in this role if you have:

 Retail, customer service or sales experience

 A genuine interest in home improvement, renovation, building or DIY

 Natural leadership qualities and a desire to grow

 Strong communication and people skills

 Energy, initiative and a positive attitude
