genU is looking for a practical and people-focused Production Supervisor to lead a team where every day brings something different. This hands-on role combines customer service, team leadership and production work, while supporting people of all abilities to build skills, confidence and independence in the workplace.

What you'll do

As our Production Supervisor in our Business Enterprises team you'll:

• Lead day-to-day production activities while supporting employees of all abilities
• Coach, motivate and develop team members in a supportive workplace environment
• Ensure customer expectations, productivity and quality standards are met
• Coordinate stock, orders and supplier relationships
• Promote a safe, positive and inclusive workplace culture

What you'll bring

• Experience in production, manufacturing, logistics, hospitality or similar environments
• Demonstrated leadership capability an inclusive workplace environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A willingness to roll up your sleeves and lead from the front
• An enthusiasm for working alongside people with a disability

(You'll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate - but don't worry, we'll help guide you through this.)
