TRUCK TECH is seeking experienced Field Service Diesel Mechanics for an afternoon (3pm-11pm) shift based out of a major client site in Park Ridge.

You’ll be supported with a fully equipped TRUCK TECH service ute, strong systems, and a leadership team that understands the job because they’ve done it themselves.

Your Role

• Service, maintain and repair heavy vehicles on-site at our client location
• Diagnose and rectify mechanical faults efficiently and safely
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams — no BS
• Complete accurate job documentation and reporting
• Maintain your service vehicle, tools and work area to TRUCK TECH standards
• Work in line with our safety-first, quality-driven approach

What We’re Looking For

• Cert III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology (essential)
• 3–5+ years’ experience in heavy vehicle maintenance or field service
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working independently in the field
• Current driver’s licence (HR licence highly regarded)
• Strong time management and customer communication skills
• Safety-first mindset with pride in workmanship
• Full Australian working rights
