Correct Caulking is one of Australia's fastest-growing commercial caulking companies, and we're looking for an experienced caulker to become the 2IC of our Adelaide branch.

Important: This is a hands-on 2IC role. You'll still be working on the tools and completing caulking works yourself while also supporting the Branch Manager and helping lead the team. This is not a purely management or office-based position.

This is more than just another caulking role. You'll work closely with our Branch Manager, help lead the crew on-site, maintain our quality standards, and play a key role as we continue to grow in South Australia.

What You'll Get

Your Role

• Continue working on the tools and complete high-quality commercial and residential caulking

• Support the Branch Manager with day-to-day site operations

• Lead by example on-site and maintain Correct Caulking's workmanship standards

• Assist with mentoring and supporting newer team members

• Communicate with builders, site supervisors and clients when required

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years' professional caulking experience

• Strong knowledge of commercial and residential caulking

• Leadership qualities and the ability to support and motivate a team

• Trustworthy, organised and professional

• Reliable transport and can work across Adelaide

• Current Driver's Licence & White Card

Bonus If You Have

• Fire-rated caulking experience

• Polyurethane and movement joint experience

• Experience leading small crews or acting as a leading hand

• Commercial and multi-residential project experience
