Medical Administration Officer – Organised Superstar

About the role

This is a busy and fast-paced administration position requiring excellent organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities throughout the day. As part of our front-line administration team, you will support our specialist doctors, allied health professionals, patients and families.

Key responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and families in a friendly and professional manner

• Managing appointments and complex clinical diaries

• Answering incoming calls and making outgoing calls

• Responding to email enquiries

• Typing correspondence

• Accurately maintaining patient records

• Processing billing, payments and Medicare rebates

• Providing administrative support to specialist doctors and allied health clinicians

• Delivering excellent customer service within a caring healthcare environment

• Assisting the team with daily clinic operations
