About The Role
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Site Administrator to join our project team. Reporting to the Commercial Superintendent, this role provides critical administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the project. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting payroll, Production, Maintenance and Safety activities.
This is a fast-paced role requiring exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Daily entry and processing of maintenance and production timesheets. Entry, review, reconciliation, and reporting of employee and contractor labour hours for payroll processing. Liaising with site personnel and payroll teams to resolve timesheet and payroll queries. Preparation and submission of purchase requisitions to support project procurement requirements. Receipting of goods and services and creation of Service Entry Sheets (SES) within project systems. Creation and maintenance of subcontractor personnel profiles. Coordination and management of camp accommodation bookings, changes, and extensions. Maintaining and updating rosters across the project. Recording, compiling, and reporting daily and monthly safety statistics for the Site Leadership Team (SLT). Maintaining accurate records, databases, and project administration systems. Providing administrative support to operational, maintenance, and commercial teams as required. Undertaking other ad hoc administrative duties and project support tasks as directed.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in an administration role, preferably within mining, or project-based environments. Strong data entry skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP (highly regarded). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive and flexible approach with the ability to work independently and within a team. A strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
