We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Clinical Perfusionist to join a leading cardiac services team at Fiona Stanley Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient care across a diverse range of complex cardiothoracic and extracorporeal support procedures.

The successful applicant shall be responsible for providing perfusion related, advanced life support techniques to patients within the Fiona Stanley Fremantle Hospital Group (FSFHG) when undertaking surgery for a cardiac, aortic, ventricular assist, heart and lung transplantation and provides Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO) services. This position also commits to undertake the duties of the role in accordance with the WA Health Code of Conduct, the South Metropolitan Health Service (SMHS) Vision of Excellent health care, every time, and Values of Care (Kaaradj), Integrity (Ngwidam), Respect (Kaaratj), Excellence (Beli-beli) and Teamwork (Yaka-dadjoo).

Fiona Stanley Hospital (FSH) is an 863-bed tertiary and quaternary hospital providing a broad range of specialised healthcare services. These include the State Rehabilitation Service, a comprehensive cancer centre, dedicated mental health facilities, maternity, paediatric and neonatal care, as well as the State Adult Burns Service. FSH also delivers highly specialised treatments such as heart and lung transplantation and hyperbaric medicine.
