Head Chef for Italian Cuisine

Saluti Pizzeria in Epping is seeking a full time experienced Chef with Italian cuisine background. You will play a vital role in the restaurant’s success by delivering high quality dishes to our guests, maintaining high and consistent food standards, and demonstrating your ability to work independently within a team.

The right candidate will work with the Kitchen team, and must be able to work on weekends and nights. A suitable candidate would also have:

·         a positive attitude with proactive manner and passionate

·         minimum 3 years of experience as Head Chef

·         fully qualified as a Chef

·         knowledge of Italian cuisine

·         able to work under pressure on busy nights

·         training and developing team members

Your tasks and responsibilities would include:

·         maintaining highest attention to detail at all stages of the cooking process

·         provide excellence in food preparation standards, quality, and presentation of final product

·         menu development

·         maintain a high level of cleanliness and organisation
