Marketing & social media coordinator

About the role

Bronze Era is a fast-moving Australian tanning brand looking for a social-first coordinator to run our channels, get on camera, and bring our campaigns and launches to life. This is a hands-on creative role where you will own our day-to-day social presence and grow into bigger marketing projects. You will start with Bronze Era, with the potential to work across our other ecommerce brands as you grow with us.

Key responsibilities

• Film and edit short-form content on your phone. Trends, tan routines, before-and-afters, get-ready-with-mes. Jump on trending sounds and formats fast, while they are still trending. Test hooks, formats and posting times, and double down on what performs.

• Present product, talk to camera and demo application with confidence. Go live, film unboxings and behind-the-scenes, and show real results on real skin. Bring personality and energy that feels genuinely you, not scripted.

• Own the content calendar across Instagram and TikTok and post daily. Reply to every comment and DM. Community is everything to us. Track engagement, reach and follower growth, and report on what is working each week.

• Find the right faces for the brand and build genuine relationships with them. Send product, write clear briefs and manage timelines and deliverables. Collect, organise and repurpose UGC across our channels and ads.

• Support the planning and rollout of marketing campaigns from idea to live. Help organise events, activations and photoshoots, from run sheets to on-the-day support. Capture content at every event and turn it into posts the same day.

• Build launch content plans with teasers, countdowns and launch-day content. Coordinate the moving parts across creators, email, socials and the website so everything drops on time. Review how each launch performed and bring ideas to make the next one bigger.

About you

• Highly organised. You can juggle a content calendar, creators, events and launch dates without dropping anything.

• Keen to learn. You do not need to know it all yet, but you pick things up fast and ask good questions.

• Very proactive. You spot what needs doing and get on with it. No hand-holding required.

• Social native. You live on TikTok and Instagram and know what is trending before we do.

• Comfortable on camera. Filming yourself is second nature, not a stretch.

• A team player. You take feedback well, communicate clearly and muck in wherever needed.

• Bonus: Experience with CapCut, Canva or similar editing and design tools.

• Bonus: A personal or brand account you have grown yourself.

• Bonus: Experience working with creators, influencers or UGC.

• Bonus: Exposure to ecommerce, beauty or tanning brands.
