Paediatric Occupational Therapist | Car Provided | Full or Part Time

Our paediatric service is running and the referrals are coming in faster than we can see them. We are hiring an OT to meet that demand, and opening a dedicated clinic in Zetland to house it.

You are not building a caseload from scratch. There is work waiting.

SI Kids is part of Staying Independent, an established Sydney allied health group of 25 plus clinicians and support workers working as one integrated team. That means the therapeutic plans you recommend are carried into homes, schools and daily routines by people you know and brief directly. Your goals do not disappear into a plan.

Our senior paediatric OT and senior speech pathologist are already in place, so you are joining a team rather than starting one.

• 1:1 therapy with children and adolescents, in clinic, homes, schools or the community

• Groups and school readiness programs, co-designed with speech pathology. You help build these, not inherit them.

• A mix of NDIS and private clients

• One to one supervision with a senior paediatric OT
  

• A car for home, school and community visits during work hours

• Full time or part time. Tell us the days that work.

• CPD allowance in clinical areas of interest

• AI education. Our founder built LearnAble, an AI platform for people with cognitive disability and the frontier of cognitive accessibility. You get hands-on exposure to AI tools in clinical practice, learning how AI can genuinely improve our work, well beyond basic use.

• Dedicated admin and management taking the bottlenecks off your plate: billing, paperwork, forms.
  

You will initially be based at our Zetland HQ and working out in homes, schools and the community from day one. Our dedicated paediatric clinic is set to open in September.

HQ is WOTSO Zetland, the last place you would expect to find an allied health practice. Warehouse-style layout, open courtyard, soundproof booths, pool table, stocked kitchen, and a weekly team get-together over wine and cheese. A One Playground gym is opening in the building this year. • AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist, degree or Masters

• Experience with children and adolescents in private practice, community, education or hospital settings

• NSW Working With Children Check, police check and NDIS Worker Screening Check

• Australian driver's licence
