About the role
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Major Loss Repair Coordinator to join our team and play a critical role in managing complex insurance repairs following major events and natural disasters. This role will be based out of the Summerhill office.
In this fast-paced role, you’ll work closely with Site Supervisors, insurers, trades and internal teams to coordinate end-to-end repair projects — ensuring quality outcomes, strong communication, and a seamless customer experience.

What You’ll Be DoingWork closely with Site Supervisors to drive claims forward and ensure projects are progressed efficiently through to completion
Manage and coordinate major loss repair projects from start to finish
Collaborate with insurers and internal teams to assess damage and scope works
Coordinate trades, resources, and schedules to keep projects on track
Monitor timelines, budgets, and progress, proactively addressing any delays
Act as the key point of contact for customers, providing clear and consistent updates
Liaise with contractors and suppliers, including negotiating where required
Ensure all works meet safety, compliance, and quality standards
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in project coordination (insurance or construction highly regarded)
Experience managing multiple, high-value or complex projects
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
Confident communicator who can engage with a wide range of stakeholders
Solution-focused with strong problem-solving ability
Ability to build relationships and manage expectations effectively
