The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 6 months' experience working in a dental practice

• The ability to work between 8:00am and 6:00pm

• Experience providing chairside assistance, sterilisation support, and reception duties

• A genuine passion for the dental industry and delivering outstanding patient care

• A flexible approach and the ability to adapt to different practice environments

• A warm, friendly personality with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues

• Are reliable, adaptable, and approachable

• Take initiative and work well independently

• Have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow

• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Enjoy working with different teams and supporting multiple practices

• A casual position with the opportunity to work across multiple Ekera Dental practices throughout Queensland
