OSHC Lead Educator

We’re on the lookout for an experienced OSHC Lead Educator who will:

• lead a dynamic Outside School Hours Care program, creating engaging, fun, and enriching experiences that support children’s growth and wellbeing every day.
• combine a passion for early childhood education with the responsibility of safely driving our bus, ensuring children get to and from school with care and reliability.
• build strong relationships with children and families as a key part of their daily routine, all while working in a supportive team environment that values your skills and dedication.

What you’ll need:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care 

• Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Play-based Child-led pedagogy  
• Current Working with Children Check
• Mandatory National Child Safety Training
• Applicants must be 25 years of age or over and hold a current, valid driver’s licence, as this role involves the transportation of children to and from school
• Excellent communication & leadership skills
• Experience with Storypark is a bonus 
• First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
