Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Employer Engagement Specialist to join our Workforce Australia team. In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with local employers, identify employment opportunities for participants, and connect job seekers with sustainable employment outcomes.

You will work closely with employers and internal teams to understand workforce needs, promote suitable candidates, support job placements and provide ongoing employer engagement to help achieve successful employment outcomes.

• Must pass and have a current Police Check (ongoing requirement for employment)
• Must pass and have a current Working with Children Check (ongoing requirement for employment)
