About the role
Strike Services is a privately owned Australian company based in Lisarow, specialising in automotive electrical solutions, vehicle accessories and body building for light commercial vehicles, trucks and government fleets. We design, manufacture and supply innovative vehicle accessories and work closely with customers, OEMs and industry partners to deliver high-quality products that lead the market.
As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and organised Parts / Product Manager to help manage and develop our expanding range of vehicle accessories, towbars and electrical products.
About the RoleAs our Parts / Product Manager, you'll work closely with our engineering, production and sales teams to help manage and develop our growing range of vehicle accessories, towbars and electrical products.
This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys seeing projects through from idea to finished product. You don't need years of product management experience—we're looking for someone with the right attitude, strong organisational skills and a willingness to learn.
You'll help keep product development projects on track, coordinate between departments, maintain product information and assist with bringing new products to market.
What You'll Be DoingWorking with our engineers to develop new products.
Coordinating product development projects and timelines.
Keeping product specifications, drawings and documentation organised and up to date.
Liaising with overseas and local manufacturers.
Assisting with testing and implementation of new products.
Monitoring existing products and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Helping maintain product pricing, information and marketing material.
Supporting the office team with product knowledge and information.
Experience in the product design field.
Automotive electrical experience is desirable but not essential.
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
Strong communication and people skills.
Good attention to detail.
Comfortable working with technical products and learning new things.
Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team.
Supportive and friendly team environment.
