Are you an experienced Property Manager looking to take the next step in your career without managing your own permanent portfolio?

Aurora Property Bayside is looking for an experienced and capable Client Services Manager to join our Property Management team. This is a varied and hands-on role designed for someone with strong Property Management knowledge who enjoys supporting a team, solving problems, training staff and helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of a busy Property Management department.

You will work closely with our General Manager and Property Management team, providing operational support across the office while stepping in to provide portfolio relief when team members are on annual or sick leave.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing day-to-day operational support and troubleshooting assistance to the Property Management team

• Acting as a Relief Property Manager during periods of annual leave and sick leave

• Assisting with QCAT matters and supporting Property Managers through more complex tenancy issues

• Training and onboarding new team members

• Assisting the General Manager with KPI reporting, compliance and general operational matters

• Supporting the wider team wherever needed to ensure the department runs smoothly

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

• Strong residential Property Management experience

• QCAT experience – essential

• A solid understanding of Queensland residential tenancy legislation

• The confidence and experience to troubleshoot issues and support Property Managers with their day-to-day challenges

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• The ability to move between different responsibilities and priorities

• A supportive, solutions-focused approach and genuine willingness to help the team

• Experience training or mentoring Property Managers would be highly regarded
