About the role
The Role
Join our team as a Crane & Rigger Supervisor for our Port Hedland Branch working across various sites within the Pilbara on a 2x2 Roster FIFO from Perth!
As a Crane & Lifting Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of lifting operations. The primary role of the Supervisor will be to oversee and prepare for the lifting of heavy items in accordance with local regulations and in a safe and efficient manner.
Mammoet is seeking an experinced Crane & Rigging Supervisor to service multiple clients, who is willing to take ownership of their team. You will ultimately be accountable for ensuring a high standard of delivery and safety to our Clients and employees.
What you’ll be doing:
Execute and oversee mobilizing and demobilizing of equipment and personnel
Lead a team with a range of different roles and skills
Provide direction and expert knowledge
Supervision of the job progress
Ensuring all work is carried out safely and effectively
What you’ll need
2 years Supervising experience in crane and rigging operations within a mining industry
Current and valid Australian Driver's License
Schedule 26
Experience as a Open Crane Operator
Excellent Communication Skills
Local resident in Perth, Western Australia
