About the position
We’re a collaborative team full of vibrant and passionate people who are determined to support better outcomes for patients.
In your role as Patient Program Coordinator you will support the administration and delivery of medication orders across our patient programs. This role is responsible for coordinating enrolments, liaising with clinics, arranging dispatch and providing high quality customer service to our patients.
Hours of work are 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, located onsite in Frenchs Forest.
What you will be doing:
Coordinate patient enrolments by verifying eligibility and approvals, ensuring patients are registered in the most appropriate support program.
Provide exceptional customer service by managing patient enquiries, processing payments, and responding to queries via phone, email, and correspondence.
Liaise with clinics, specialists, and healthcare providers to obtain prescriptions, coordinate medication orders, and arrange timely delivery of specialty medications to patients.
Support the day-to-day operations of the office through database management, administration tasks, and maintaining accurate patient and program records.
What we are looking for:
Customer service and administration experience, with Microsoft Office skills advantageous
Professional, confident, and friendly communication style
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
A collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Medical or healthcare experience is a plus
