About the Role

This is a hands-on Service Technician role supporting the installation, maintenance, and servicing of our equipment across various customer sites.

You’ll work closely with both customers and internal teams, gaining exposure to a variety of technical tasks, with opportunities for travel across Australia, New Zealand, and occasionally overseas.

Alongside your technical work, you’ll also assist with customer support and basic administrative tasks such as service reporting and quotations.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites across Australia and New Zealand (with occasional international travel)

• Carry out basic fault finding and support more complex troubleshooting when required

• Provide friendly and professional support to customers on-site, over the phone, and via email

• Assist with preparing service reports and basic service quotations

• Perform general mechanical and electrical tasks, including:

  • Equipment setup and connections

  • Basic parameter adjustments

  • Alignment and inspections

  • Routine maintenance activities

• Work with internal teams to help coordinate jobs and parts

• Follow company procedures and safety requirements at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Confident and accountable, with the ability to take ownership, manage your own workload and use good judgement to troubleshoot and solve problems independently on site.

• A practical, hands-on approach with a willingness to learn

• A good understanding of electrical wiring diagrams

• Good communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude

• Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required, including travel between Australia and New Zealand. The role requires flexibility and the ability to travel freely between both countries when needed.

• Basic computer skills and ability to complete reports

• Any exposure to industrial equipment, compressors, or similar is a bonus, but not essential
