The Role

Wolff Power Pty Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of High Voltage (HV) infrastructure projects and specialised electrical services throughout Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria. Operating from the Toowoomba office and project sites, you'll be responsible for managing teams, driving project outcomes, and ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage high voltage and electrical infrastructure projects

• Oversee all phases of project delivery, from concept and design to construction methodology, and compliance

• Coordinate budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting

• Manage onsite works

• Foster team development, onboarding, and mentorship

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to build lasting relationships

• Drive safety, environmental, and quality assurance across all projects

What You Bring

• Proven experience managing electrical infrastructure projects

• In-depth knowledge of HV systems, protection schemes, and testing methodologies

• Financial Acumen

• Strong leadership, client management, and communication skills

• Motivation to chase new work and support the estimating team.

Essential Qualifications

• QLD Electrical Work License (VIC & NSW Electrical License desirable)

• Diploma in Project Management

• Australian Driver’s License

• CPR & LVR certification

• White Card (Construction Card)
