Due to continued growth and increasing demand across our operations, Edge Drilling Pty Ltd is seeking motivated and experienced Diamond, Sonic and Geotechnical Drillers to join our high-performing teams working across Western Australia's premier mining projects.

The Role

Reporting to the Drilling Supervisor, you will be responsible for contributing to safe, productive, and efficient drilling operations. Depending on experience level, responsibilities may include:

• Learning and developing drilling industry skills under experienced mentors
• Assisting with daily drilling operations and rig maintenance
• Leading, mentoring, and developing Offsiders and Trainee Drillers
• Managing daily drilling operations to maximise productivity and rig performance
• Ensuring compliance with all HSEQ systems and site requirements
• Conducting drill hole planning and operational reporting
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients and site representatives
• Managing rig consumables, stock control, and operational requirements
• Conducting pre-starts, inspections, and basic equipment maintenance
• Promoting a strong safety culture and leading by example
• Ensuring all drilling activities are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification

What We're Looking For

For Experienced and Senior Drillers

• Cert III in Drilling Operations (preferred)
• Proven Diamond, Sonic and/or Geotechnical Drilling experience
• Strong safety leadership and risk management skills
• Experience leading and mentoring crews
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Sound mechanical aptitude
• Current HR or HC Driver's Licence
• White Card
• Ability to pass pre-employment medicals and ongoing drug and alcohol screening

For Trainee Drillers and Driller Assistants

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Commitment to working safely in a remote FIFO environment
• Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks
• Driver's Licence (essential)
• White Card (preferred)
• Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
