About The Role

This is a permanent part-time Clinical Coach (Peri-operative — Scrub/Scout, 0.8 FTE) role at based at St Vincent's Private Hospital Fitzroy

What you'll be doing (the good stuff!)

Inspire and support a diverse mix of learners, from enrolled and registered nurse graduates through to postgraduate studentsDeliver specialised clinical education that shifts practice for the betterLead competency assessments and keep our standards sharpSpot learning gaps and build creative solutionsDesign and run targeted in-service sessions to meet the needs of peri-operative nursingChampion a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered NurseMinimum 3 years' specialised peri-operative (scrub/scout) experienceA track record of supporting diverse nursing learners (enrolled & registered nurses)A genuine love of education, mentoring, and innovationFlexibility to travel across sites (if needed)Desirable: Post-graduate qualification in Peri-operative Nursing, Education, and/or Cert IV in Training & Assessment — or working towards it
