Your role will be to secure new commercial maintenance contracts and build long-term relationships with Facilities Management Companies, Strata & Property Managers, Councils & Government, Schools & Universities, Hospitals & Aged Care, and Commercial & Industrial Clients.

Develop new business and grow recurring revenue
About you
Proven experience winning commercial plumbing or maintenance contracts
Strong relationships within facilities management, strata, property or government sectors
Motivated, professional and commercially driven
Existing network who can deliver results quickly
