Owned by the team behind the Strathmore Hotel on North Terrace and The Sailmaster Tavern at North Haven, we’re part of a growing hospitality group with exciting opportunities for the right people.

We’re looking for CASUAL BISTRO STAFF to join our friendly, customer-focused team.

This hands-on role offers plenty of variety, working across the restaurant, bar, and gaming areas.

• A confident, customer-first approach with a professional attitude

• Strong communication and cash-handling skills

• Flexibility, energy, and reliability as a team player

• Friendly, well-presented, and service-driven

• Gaming experience (or a willingness to learn) highly valued

• Table service experience prefered but not essential.

• Flexible hours
